If your order has been damaged or stolen,  claims must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery - last scan. Lost packages will require investigation and need to be submitted within 60 days of the last tracking scan. 

How do I make a claim?

Please lodge a claim by emailing us at help@dailyclack.com. Please ensure you provide the necessary information including your order number, claim reason and any further supporting information. 

What classifies as a lost package?

 When you submit a lost package claim, we will investigate with our postal provider. A resolution is dependent on their investigation and if they deem the package lost then you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. 

What classifies as a stolen package?

When you submit a stolen package claim, we will investigate with our postal provider. A resolution is dependent on their investigation and if they deem the package stolen then you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. 

What classifies as a damaged package?

You must provide sufficient evidence to DC to reasonably determine that the damage occurred during the carriage of the article by our shipping providers or any subsequent authorised carrier of the article.

When you submit a claim for damaged packages, you will need to provide us with pictures or video evidence of the damage to the product as well as the product packaging.
