Currency & Shipping & Handling Policy

Prices in AUD and have 10% GST

Daily Clack prices are all converted to AUD. Prices do change when items are ordered due to fluctuations in the Australian Dollar.

10% Goods and Services Tax is included in all published prices.

Shipping & Handling

Daily Clack aims to get your order processed between 24-48 hours. Sometimes some delays happen due to workload. We are working on improving this.

All shipping discount codes are for standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Domestic

Daily Clack has a few shipping partners, primarily for orders 500g and below, AusPost is the courier used. Standard delivery times is 5 business days, though this may vary. Express post is 1-2 business days to most major cities.

Standard shipping is $8.20 for 500g
Express shipping is $11 for 500g

For larger items, Daily Clack uses a range of couriers. Where possible we aim to avoid FastWay. Delivery times are usually 5 business days, sometimes longer (mainly when FastWay are involved)

International

International shipments utilise AusPost or Sendle as the courier - Weight pending

Delivery times start at 5 business days and can take up to 20 business days before delivery.

Sometimes the Sendle delivery date specified in your tracking is late by a week. This is due to the hand over from the Sendle courier service to local post.

You can get the most up to date tracking details via your local postal service if you see Sendle has stopped or slowed their updates.

International shipping starts at $10 for 200g

We offer DHL for Express or Tracked shipping where applicable. Deliveries via this service range from 1-3 business days (delivery destination pending).

PayPal Returns - 3% fee

Due to PayPal's terrible business practices, we have to pass on their 3% fee on change of mind refunds. Rather than put our prices up so everyone has to bear this cost, we've decided to only include it if needed - on Change of Mind Returns.

We are looking to remove PayPal due to this issue.

Below is a video explaining why PayPal are terrible.
