Daily Clack prices are all converted to AUD. Prices do change when items are ordered due to fluctuations in the Australian Dollar.

10% Goods and Services Tax is included in all published prices.

Shipping & Handling

We ship from New South Wales, Australia.
Daily Clack aims to get your order processed between 1-3 business days. Sometimes some delays happen due to workload. We are working on improving this.

All shipping discount codes are for standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Domestic

Daily Clack has a few shipping partners, primarily for orders 500g and below, AusPost is the courier used. Standard delivery times is 5 business days, though this may vary. Express post is 1-2 business days to most major cities.

Standard shipping is $6.20 for 500g
Express shipping is $9 for 500g

International

International shipments utilise AusPost

Delivery times start at 5 business days and can take up to 20-30 business days before delivery.

International shipping starts at $10 for 200g

We offer DHL for Express or Tracked shipping where applicable. Deliveries via this service range from 1-3 business days (delivery destination pending).

Imports, duties, and taxes are all the responsibility of the customer.

Refusing to pay duties will result in your order being cancelled minus the TOTAL shipping cost (inclusive of return) and any other applicable fees.

EU and UK Minimum Order

Due to new VAT rules, there are minimum order amounts now for orders to these parts of the world.

 

Minimum orders for both of these regions is $240 AUD

Route Protection Claims - If you added it to your order

This is important: Route's Policy
Due to the way Route insurance operates, they require lost in transit claims to be made from 20 days from the last scan and no longer than 30 days. This leaves a 10 day window to launch a Route claim.

With COVID delays and the way shipping is currently working, this means that majority of our orders are taking longer to receive tracking updates.

Therefore, to ensure you are protected, we are informing all of our customers to open a claim immediately if they are within 20 - 30 days of their last tracking update. This is regardless of expected delay times. We are only advising you do this so that you are protected!

If your claim is approved, we recommend requesting Route payout the claim back to you.

SHIPPING CARRIER RETURN TO SENDER DISCLAIMER 

In the event our shipping carrier is unable to contact you to discuss customs fees, Daily Clack will contact you via the email on your order. If you do not reply within 3 business days, your order will be returned to our warehouse.You will be charged a 50AUD return to sender fee as well as the original shipping cost.

Please ensure your order is correct, as once your order has been shipped, we cannot verify the use of the products, and therefore cannot accept change of mind returns.
