Please be aware as of 25th August 2022, Daily Clack has a new order cancellation policy.

Existing orders prior to 25th August 2022 may be cancelled HOWEVER if the order was paid via PayPal AND older than 180 days it is no longer possible for DC to perform a manual refund. We can only provide store credit due to PayPal limitations. We can provide store credit in the form of a gift card. 

This also means we cannot perform a refund if your card has expired and the account has been closed. We are only able to return funds to the original payment method, and cannot return funds to a different account.

New Policy - Orders from the 25th of August 2022 onwards

All orders may be cancelled for up to 14 days post your order date. After 14 days it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. This applies to Group Buys, Pre Orders and in-stock purchases. If your in-stock order has been processed by the warehouse then unfortunately we will be unable to cancel the order.

Please ensure your order is correct before you check out. Whilst DC support will do their best to resolve your requests, we cannot guarantee your request will be seen before your order is shipped. Fulfilment and support are working on different timelines and as such if your order has been fulfilled we are unable to edit your order.
